The hub runs on a Mac or Windows computer, not on your phone. If you are reading this on the phone, the address is worth typing on the laptop instead — a hub downloaded to a phone cannot be opened there, and it is the computer that needs it. The phones connect to it over your WiFi once it is running.
The target pack below is the exception: that is a PDF, and printing it from the phone is fine.
Get the files
Setting up
- Mac hub
- Open the download, drag Shoot House Hub onto the Applications folder beside it, then launch it from Launchpad. It is signed and notarised by Apple, so it opens straight away — no security warning and nothing to allow. Quit it from the Dock to stop it.
- Windows hub
- Run the installer and follow the prompts — it adds a Start menu and desktop shortcut. Windows will show “Windows protected your PC” because the installer is not yet signed: click More info → Run anyway. Tick Private networks when the firewall asks. Quit it from its window to stop it.
- Targets
- Print at 100% / Actual size — never “Fit to page”. The ruler bar on each sheet must measure 100 mm; the black border is how the app finds the target in the camera.
- Connecting phones
- Start the hub, then scan its QR code from the app’s setup screen. Phones and hub talk over your own WiFi — nothing leaves your network.
- Building courses
- The hub is where multi-room drills get built — rooms, stages, shot order, reloads and fail conditions. The drill builder guide walks through all of it.
The hub is free and unsigned for now, which is why macOS and Windows show the warnings above — signed builds are planned. Both hubs are portable apps: delete the folder and they are gone.
